Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Since we create everything just for you with your personalized design, we can't accept returns for size mistakes, color changes, or if you simply change your mind.

All our products are made-to-order specifically for each customer, so please double-check everything before hitting that order button!

What if my product arrives damaged or defective?

Oh no! We understand the frustration. But fear not - we've got you covered!

If your order isn't perfect, contact us within 30 days and send clear photos of the issue. We'll fix it with a free reprint or a full refund.

Do I need to send the defective item back?

Nope! We trust you completely. Just send us those photos and we'll take care of everything. No need to deal with return shipping - we keep it simple!

How long do I have to report a problem?

You've got 30 days from when your order arrives to let us know about any issues. We think that's plenty of time to check out your awesome new personalized gear!

What items can't be returned?

Since everything we make is personalized just for you, we can't accept returns on any of our products (t-shirts, mugs, sweaters, etc.) unless there's a defect or manufacturing error. We also can't take back:

  • Sale or promotional items
  • Digital downloads
  • Gift cards

What if I ordered multiple items with the same design and they're all messed up?

Send us a photo of all affected products through our portal. We'll handle the rest!
